Inseparable
Siblings
We were born
in Mira Loma and settled in Orange County 4 years ago at twelve
weeks of age. Our folks say it was like having twins for the
first couple of weeks; up through the night with crate training.
We became
good and safe travelers at five months, by wearing our harness
seat belts for the ride to Lake Powell. Of course, we took
life preserves. Did you know that dogs have to have swimming
lessons, too?
We experienced
our first snow in Colorado and we got our first snow boots
in Flagstaff.
We are very
sociable wherever we go. Almost everyone in the neighborhood
knows us, my name is Sandy and my sister's name is Copper.
So if we slip out of our gate someone is sure to recognize
us, because we are named for our colors.
We have lots
of friends that come to visit us at our gate, too. I will run
get a ball or Frisbee as soon as anyone arrives so they can
play with me. I love to retreive balls, but my favorite game
is catching the Frisbee. Copper acts like she is really interested
in playing, but I think she just wants her fair share of attention.
We really
like going places with our folks, except when it is too hot
to stay in the car. Our favorite trip is to Orange Circle in
dad's convertible.
We really
love our folks! We are glad they take really good care of us
and take us to visit Dr. Horn for our vaccines and ear checkups.
