Rootsie Branch

My name is Rootsie and I'm honored to be named "Pet of the Month" by the Orange Villa Veterinary Hospital. Thanks to all the folks there who voted for me. I was born on February 11, 1992 at Wavecrest Dachshunds, 2363 N. Batavia Orange, CA 92665. The humans who helped my parents in my younger days are Gail Laidoner and Arvilla Mayhall. My dad's name is Ch Joy-Dens Lightning-N-Thunder and my mom Jodell's Gala Moon Dance. I am a standard dachshund with red fur and blue eyes. As for my likes, I love green apples and after dinner carrots. I love to take morning walks with my Master-rain or shine. I get along well with humans and other animals. I love to play and frolic and I am very friendly towards everyone. I think that my favorite thing is my blanket and my Master covers me up with it.
